At Baba Samo, every order is freshly prepared to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Once our kitchen begins preparing your order, ingredients and resources are immediately allocated. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order only before the order has been accepted and food preparation has begun.

2. No Cancellation After Processing

Once your order has been confirmed and is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled.

This policy helps us maintain food quality, reduce waste, and ensure efficient service for all our customers.

3. Delivery Orders

Orders that have been dispatched for delivery cannot be cancelled. Customers are requested to ensure that all delivery details are accurate before confirming their order.

4. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before preparation begins, any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

No refund will be issued for orders cancelled after food preparation has started.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations where Baba Samo is unable to fulfill your order due to operational issues or unforeseen circumstances, the order may be cancelled by Baba Samo, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
